POSTAGE

NQHFS posts Australia wide, however we do not post internationally. Freight is FREE on orders over $500.00 and $15.00 for orders under $500.00. Some products that cannot be purchased online (eg. firearms) have additional freight charges.

Orders placed before 4.00 pm will be processed the same day. After payment has been received, you can expect to receive your product within 1 - 3 business days via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Customers providing an incorrect address will be required to pay additional freight for orders to be re sent, depending on the size and weight of the product.

FIREARM FREIGHT

All firearms sold by NQHFS are able to be freighted Australia wide using registered post. Freight rates vary depending on location; however it usually costs $30.00 - $75.00 per firearm. Please contact us for more information.

RETURNS - INCORRECT PRODUCT CHOICE/ SIZE

We may consider doing an exchange or in store credit if the original product is still complete, in unopened packaging, unused, unsoiled and in saleable condition.

This will be considered on a case by case basis, and we encourage customers to research their product thoroughly prior to purchasing. Where exchanges are approved, customers will be required to pay additional freight depending on the size and weight of the product.

RETURNS - WARRANTY CLAIMS (GARMIN GPS DOG TRACKERS ONLY)

Australian version Garmin GPS dog trackers are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem with your product, the quickest method to receive a repair/ replacement is to deal directly with Garmin customer support on 1800 235 822 and obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number.

You will be required to return the complete unit (including chargers, receipt, etc) direct to Garmin in NSW or QLD. The RMA number must be written on the front and addressed to the following:

Warranty claims placed directly with Garmin take approximately 1 week to process. Claims can also be done through NQHFS; however this generally takes 4-6 weeks. All warranted products will be returned to you at no cost.

RETURNS - WARRANTY CLAIMS (ALL OTHER PRODUCTS)

Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty specified on the packaging. Should you have a problem with your product please contact us on 0488 250 980 and we will arrange for repairs, replacement or a refund.

All warranty claims (other than Garmin GPS dog trackers) must be placed through NQ Hunting and Fishing Supplies, not direct to the manufacturer. We will arrange for the item to be sent to the supplier and returned to you at no cost.
